Vision is recruiting a team to support the emotional wellbeing of young people this winter.
We're looking for experienced, enthusiastic youth workers who can get alongside children and teenagers to make a real difference. Could you join our team?
Who should apply?
We’re looking for confident and friendly applicants who:
Can build a rapport with young people and communicate ideas in a way they can understand.
Are ready to talk to young people about any sensitive issues they may bring up (especially relating to bullying, anxiety, self-harm or suicidal thoughts).
Will take time to learn and understand Vision's existing content but have confidence to adapt sessions and implement new ideas.
Have a good understanding of young people and youth culture.
Are team players, supporting and helping one another to stay focused and positive.
